Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re living with anxiety, depression, trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday life. You may feel misunderstood, burnt out, or like you don’t quite fit. My approach is centred on creating a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment.
I am an accredited integrative psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, with a BA (Hons) in Psychology and a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. I offer online counselling and therapy for adults across the UK, specialising in neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-worth.
As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I recognise that many people have spent years masking or trying to fit into environments that don’t meet their needs. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you understand how your mind works, reduce overwhelm, and find ways of coping that feel more manageable and aligned.
I have experience supporting clients with trauma, including sexual abuse, as well as anxiety disorders and depression. I work in a gentle, paced, and trauma-informed way, helping you feel safe and in control. We move at your pace, focusing first on building trust, emotional regulation, and stability before exploring deeper experiences where appropriate.
My work is integrative, meaning I draw from person-centred therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and evidence-based techniques, alongside hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy can support anxiety reduction, confidence, and working with deeper patterns, always with your full consent and comfort.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you. We may explore your experiences, identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and build self-understanding. Over time, this can help you feel more confident, regulated, and able to navigate life with greater ease.
Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience of SEND parenting. This gives me a deeper understanding of neurodiversity, advocacy, and the challenges of navigating support systems, allowing me to offer both empathy and practical insight.
I am passionate about making therapy accessible and offer affordable online counselling, including reduced-fee sessions where possible. I believe everyone should have access to safe, inclusive mental health support.
If you’re looking for online therapy for anxiety, trauma, depression, or neurodiversity support, I offer a calm, understanding space where you can begin to feel more like yourself again.
